Sustainability in Action
To strengthen our sustainability efforts, Fama merged its Sustainability and CSR departments—creating a unified team dedicated to advancing ethical and environmentally conscious production.
Our CSR team, a certified BSCI, SA8000 auditor, ZDHC expert, and qualified in sustainability performance indicators evaluation, leads supplier assessments—covering environmental, chemical, social, and governance systems. In addition to conducting regular audits, they track corrective action plans and provide ongoing support to drive continuous improvement and supplier development.
We provide regular education and awareness sessions for factory workers, QC teams, and suppliers, reinforcing shared accountability across the supply chain.
Our sustainability department and Creative department continuously monitor global developments, materials, technologies, as well as new regulations and standardsinnovations to fit textile manufacturing. The team also tracks circular business models, attends professional seminars and fairs, and delivers updates to management and clients.
This fully integrated approach makes Fama a benchmark in sustainable sourcing—driving real change, from fabric to final product.
